    You hit the gym regularly but you’ve plateaued in your motivation or are bored with your routine or would like to improve your form - I got you!

  • Online sessions.

    One on one over Zoom is still effective. It’s a great way for someone who has some experience with Pilates to dip their toes into my method.

  • Your home.

    If it’s hard for you to get away from your headquarters, I can make the trip to you to ensure you get in your reps.
