Pilates Mat Class
What is it?
In this evergreen class we’ll dive into the fundamentals of classical Pilates.
I want you to know how to breath using your diaphragm to it’s fullest potential. I want you to feel your transverse abdominis working and be able to intentionally lift your pelvic floor.
We’ll ground into the basics but also be exploring modern sequencing and flows for a juicy full body workout.
No music, low lighting and minimal props.
This class will be good for beginners and repeat clients alike.
